I've longed to have a print of it in my collection for quite awhile. It is one of my favorites because it captures the spirit of Fall so well. Melody's colors are brilliantly applied, and her subjects are well-crafted. She truly captures their likeness and their spirit!
It is in the ACEO format, trading card size of 2.5x3.5, that I love so much! I have another of her pieces and hope to be able to add more of her work to my collection. Melody is one of the best illustrative animal artist I have the priviledge to know. She has been an inspiration to me. I also want to say how impressed I am with her presentation when a piece is shipped. Everything is personal and professional, from the envelope, her careful packaging keeping the piece protected, to her expression of thanks for purchasing her piece. I've rarely received cards with the care and consistency she provides. To me, it expresses how devoted she is to the miniature art format and how she loves sharing her creations with others.
